About Nicole Dynan
Nicole Dynan is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian and the Founder and Director of The Gut Health Dietitian.
Nicole was inspired to start The Gut Health Dietitian after completing her Masters research project at the RPAH Allergy Unit in Sydney. Nicole also experienced food intolerance reactions herself as a child. When Nicole established the business nine years ago, she had a simple goal: To improve people’s food related symptoms and gut health issues for a better quality of life.
The Gut Health Dietitian is recognised as one of Australia’s largest telehealth nutrition providers, having consulted to over 30,000 individuals. Our dietitians value a patient-focused, evidence-based approach to nutrition care, and strive to provide the highest quality service possible. Nicole is a guest lecturer for The University of Sydney, The University of NSW, and media spokesperson for Dietitians Australia. Outside of work, Nicole loves to run, practice yoga and tend to her edible garden.
About Isabel Young
Isabel is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and Sports Dietitian. She is also currently completing a PhD focussing on body image and weight management in young women. Her areas of interest include weight management, sports performance and young women’s health with a passion for helping people understand the impact that good nutrition can have on their total wellbeing. She also has particular interest in gut health and how our microbiome interacts with what we eat, having also completed a major in microbiology as part of her undergraduate degree. Outside of work, Isabel enjoys cooking and ocean swims.
